1. Conflicts of interest
Vectorial Data authors may hold personal positions in the securities discussed. Our pick selection may include companies in which one or more authors have positions. We do not accept compensation from companies or asset managers in exchange for favourable coverage.
2. Compensation
Vectorial Data's only source of income is direct user subscriptions ($1/month via Stripe, or USDC payments on Base L2 for the API tier). We do not receive placement fees, affiliate commissions, or sponsorships. We have no paid agreements with brokers, exchanges, or issuers.
3. Author positions
Assume that Vectorial Data authors may hold positions in ALL stocks that appear in the public portfolio. We do not disclose per pick whether 'we own it' vs 'we only researched it'. This broad disclosure is conservative and designed to remove any ambiguity about conflicts.
4. Risk warnings
Investing in stocks carries risk, including the total loss of invested capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Markets are volatile and individual companies can lose most or all of their value. See risk page for more details.
5. Methodology
All returns are computed using the weighted-average price, excluding taxes, fees and slippage. The losing pick selection (/lecciones) is purely algorithmic. See full methodology.
6. Performance disclosure
Our portfolio models $50 per position in fractional shares. This is a hypothetical model designed to compare picks, NOT to represent real investment returns. Real results for a subscriber will depend on their position size, broker, taxes, and timing.
7. Hypothetical performance warning
Past performance shown is based on a hypothetical $50-per-pick model and does not represent actual trading. Hypothetical results have inherent limitations: they are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, do not involve financial risk, and cannot account for the impact of emotional, market, or execution factors on real trading decisions.
8. Third-party data
Prices, fundamentals and reference data come from Yahoo Finance and other public sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy of this data. Any error in third-party data may propagate to our calculations — if you detect one, please report it.
