Summary

Vectorial Data is an editorial publishing service (not an investment adviser). We provide educational and informational content about stocks to a general audience under the Publisher's Exclusion of the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940. We do not provide personalized advice, do not manage capital, and do not custody assets.

1. Publisher's Exclusion

We operate under Section 202(a)(11)(D) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, known as the Publisher's Exclusion. It applies to publications of general circulation that: (a) provide impersonal advice, (b) are genuinely in public circulation and available to all, and (c) do not give recommendations tailored to an individual subscriber's situation. Vectorial Data meets all three requirements.

2. What we are NOT

• We are NOT a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) with the SEC or any state
• We are NOT a broker-dealer — we do not execute trades or match buyers and sellers
• We are NOT a custodian — we have no access to your money or your assets
• We are NOT a financial adviser — we do not analyze your personal situation
• We are NOT a portfolio manager — we do not make decisions on your behalf
• We are NOT registered with CNBV (Mexico), CVM (Brazil), SEBI (India), FCA (UK), FINMA (Switzerland), ASIC (Australia) or any other financial regulator

3. Jurisdictions

Our content is available globally except in countries subject to OFAC sanctions (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea region). In each jurisdiction we apply the specific regulatory disclaimers required, but the base legal framework remains the U.S. Publisher's Exclusion.

4. United Kingdom (FCA)

We acknowledge that parts of our content, especially the /lecciones page and communications with return figures, may qualify as 'financial promotions' under FCA Section 21 of FSMA 2000. The content has not been approved by an FCA-authorized person. UK residents will see an additional banner with the corresponding warning and should consult an FCA-authorized adviser before acting on any information.

5. Mexico (CNBV / CONDUSEF / PROFECO)

In Mexico we operate as an editorial service. We are not registered as an investment adviser with the CNBV nor as a financial intermediary. Mexican consumers are protected by PROFECO for consumer matters and by CONDUSEF for regulated financial products — Vectorial Data offers none of those products.

6. Brazil (CVM)

We are not registered with CVM. Our content is editorial, does not constitute a specific recommendation nor regulated securities analysis services.

7. India (SEBI)

We are not a Registered Investment Adviser nor a Research Analyst under SEBI. For personalized advice in India, consult a SEBI-registered adviser.

8. Regulatory changes

The regulatory environment may change. If a jurisdiction determines that our content requires a specific license we do not have, we will restrict access in that jurisdiction until the issue is resolved. We actively monitor the rules in markets where we have active readers.
